Overview

eXtendPresentation allows you to receive email notifications when customers add comments to the external presentation form. It also enables you to send emails with the estimate record as a PDF attachment.

To enable this functionality, the following configurations need to be set up:

eXtendPresentation PDF Email Workflow[B]

The eXtendPresentation PDF Email Workflow workflow is included with eXtendPresentation. It is recommended to make a copy of this workflow and add additional configurations depending on your use case.

This workflow will send an email using the eXtendPresentation PDF Email WA workflow action when the "Send Email (Quote Record)" button is clicked on an estimate record.

Workflow state: Send Email

The sender, recipient, and CC parameters can be defined in the eXtendPresentation PDF Email WA workflow action.

Note: For proper functionality of this feature make sure “IS PRESENTATION COMMENTS UPDATED” checkbox is not hidden on your transaction forms.

eXtendPresentation Comment Mail[B]

The eXtendPresentation Comment Mail[B] workflow is included with eXtendPresentation. It is recommended to make a copy of this workflow and add additional configurations depending on your use case.

This workflow will send an email using the eXtendPresentation Comment Mail WA workflow action when a comment has been received from the external presentation form on an estimate record.

Workflow state: Validate and Send Email

The sender, recipient, and CC parameters can be defined in the eXtendPresentation Comment Mail WA workflow action.

eXtendPresentation Comment Mail Oppor[B]

The eXtendPresentation Comment Mail Oppor[B] workflow is included with eXtendPresentation. It is recommended to make a copy of this workflow and add additional configurations depending on your use case.

This workflow will send an email using the eXtendPresentation Comment Mail WA workflow action when a comment has been received from the external presentation form on an opportunity record.
