Default FOB Selection: Added vendor-level default FOB mapping in setup screen, this will be auto-selected during item constitution. It will fallback first available FOB in PromoStandards API response if setup option is not configured.

Added Shipped status to order list:  Added the "Shipped" status to the eXtendPS-DE Order Status custom list, resolving the OS 2.0.0 update failure for shipped orders.
