Prerequisites 

Before adding center links, you will need to first create the center tab and center category first.

Center Links Creation

The list below shows all available center links in eXtendPS-DE. Please note that not every role in NetSuite will require all center links. Be mindful of which functions you give to your roles. For example, every role will not need access to modify the eXtendPD-SE settings, but every role may need access to search for PromoStandards items.

Setup

This link will be used for configuring the main setup screen in eXtendPS-DE.
  1. Go to Customization → Scripting → Scripts and view the Suitelet named "eXtendPS-DE Suitelet".

  2. Click the Deployments subtab and open the "eXtendPromo Setup".

  3. In the Links subtab, add the center, section, category, and label.

  4. In the example above, we have used the Classic Center center type, eXtendTech center tab, eXtendPS-DE center category, and labelled the link as "Setup".

Item Search

This link will be used for searching for a vendor's product information.
  1. Go to Customization → Scripting → Scripts and view the Suitelet named "eXtendPS-DE Suitelet".


  2. Click the Deployments subtab and open the "PromoStandards Item Search Single Screen".

  3. In the Links subtab, add the center, section, category, and label.

  4. In the example above, we have used the Classic Center center type, eXtendTech center tab, eXtendPS-DE center category, and labelled the link as "Item Search".

Inventory Search

This link will be used for searching for a vendor's product inventory.
  1. Go to Customization → Scripting → Scripts and view the Suitelet named "eXtendPS-DE Suitelet".


  2. Click the Deployments subtab and open the "eXtendPromo Item Search".

  3. In the Links subtab, add the center, section, category, and label.

  4. In the example above, we have used the Classic Center center type, eXtendTech center tab, eXtendPS-DE center category, and labelled the link as "Inventory Search".

Item Media Search

This link will be used for searching for a vendor's product media information.
  1. Go to Customization → Scripting → Scripts and view the Suitelet named "eXtendPS-DE Suitelet".


  2. Click the Deployments subtab and open the "eXtendPromoStandards Item Image Search".

  3. In the Links subtab, add the center, section, category, and label.

Item JSON

This link will be used for searching for a vendor's product information and receiving the information as a raw JSON response.
  1. Go to Customization → Scripting → Scripts and view the Suitelet named "eXtendPS-DE Suitelet".

  2. Click the Deployments subtab and open the "eXtendPromo Product Seach Json".

Order Search

This link will be used for searching for a vendor's PromoStandards order status and order shipment  notification information.
  1. Go to Customization → Scripting → Scripts and view the Suitelet named "eXtendPS-DE Suitelet".

  2. Click the Deployments subtab and open the "eXtendPromoStandards Combined Order Search".

PromoStandards Job Runner

This link will be used for executing job runners for bulk updates.

PromoStandards Integration Logs

This link will be used for viewing the integration logs for PromoStandards service execution.
  1. Go to Customization → Lists, Records & Fields → Record Types and edit the eXtendTech Logs record type.

  3. In the example above, we have used the Classic Center center type, eXtendTech center tab, eXtendPS-DE center category, and labelled the link as "PromoStandards Integration Log".

Queued Items for Media Images

This link allows you to view items in the queue awaiting their media image creation. After an item is constituted, its media details are updated asynchronously.
  1. Go to Customization → Lists, Records & Fields → Record Types and edit the eXtendTech Job Queue record type.

PromoStandards Field Mappings

This link will be used for adding, viewing, or updating item field mappings which will be used during item constitution.
  1. Go to Customization → Lists, Records & Fields → Record Types and edit the eXtendTech Field Mapping record type.Image Placeholder

Invoice JSON

This link will be used for viewing the invoice response received from PromoStandards against the specified vendor and transaction reference.
  1. Go to Customization → Scripting → Scripts and view the Suitelet named "eXtendPS-DE Suitelet".

  2. Click the Deployments subtab and open the "eXtendPS-DE Invoice JSON".

Results

After adding the center links described above, your center links will appear under eXtendTech → eXtendPS-DE, as shown below. Please note that not every role in NetSuite will require all available center links.
