Issue (User)

If you encounter the error message 'Failed to update eXtendPS-DE order status' when using the "Update Order Status" button on your Purchase Order, your NetSuite Administrator must grant additional permissions to your NetSuite role, specifically the "Custom Lists" permission.

Solution (NetSuite Administrator)

1. Go to Setup → Users/Roles → Manage Roles.
2. Edit the role of the user who received the error.
3. On the Permissions → Setup sublist, search for the Custom Lists permission and set it to View level.

4. Save your changes to the role and instruct the user to log out and log back in to NetSuite. The user will then have the necessary permissions to use the "Update Order Status" button.
