Problem

During the processing of eXtendPS-DE, you may occasionally encounter the SSS_INSTRUCTION_COUNT_EXCEEDED error message. This issue arises when the system receives extremely large data responses from a vendor's PromoStandards service, which cannot be parsed using NetSuite's SuiteScript.

Solution

  1. If you're using eXtendPS-DE version 1.3.2 or earlier, please contact eXtendTech Support for an update to the latest version of eXtendPS-DE.
  2. If you're using eXtendPS-DE version 1.3.3 or later, define a value for the MAX API RESPONSE SIZE setting. This field allows you to set the maximum allowable API response size.
