Use Case

  • Update purchase prices from PromoStandards.
  • Update sales pricing from PromoStandards.
    • Update different NetSuite price levels with different PromoStandards price types.

Summary

By default, the pricing type used when setting the pricing on an item is Customer pricing upon item constitution. If the vendor is specified on the eXtendPS-DE Setup page's Net Pricing Vendors, then Net pricing will be set on the constituted items. This workflow allows you to update multiple NetSuite price levels with different PromoStandards price types.

Prerequisites

Ensure that the PromoStandards price type you will use is mapped to at least one NetSuite price level on the eXtendPS-DE Setup page.

  1. Create a saved search to filter the item records that you want to update pricing for. You can review or modify the saved search by saving a copy of the eXtendPS-DE To Update Item Pricing [B] search. We recommend reviewing the items in the saved search before scheduling the workflow to ensure that the applicable items are updated.
