Overview

Use eXtendPS-DE to find the correct S&S Activewear product when more than one product uses the same style name or number.

S&S Activewear may use the same style name or number for products from different brands. For example, a search for style 110 on the S&S Activewear website returns both the Richardson R-Flex Trucker Cap and the Paragon Men’s Prescott Long Sleeve Polo. Because the style value isn't unique, searching eXtendPS-DE with that value may not return the product you want to constitute.

To find the correct product, use the item number shown in the Description section on the S&S Activewear product page and add the prefix B. Enter this value in the Vendor Item ID field in eXtendPS-DE.

Usage

Search for the correct item

  1. Search for the style on the S&S Activewear website.

  2. Select the product you want to find in eXtendPS-DE, and locate Item # in the Description section on its product page.

  3. In NetSuite, go to eXtendTech → eXtendPS-DE → Item Search.
  4. Select S&S Activewear in the Vendor field. Note: The name of your NetSuite vendor record for S&S Activewear may be different than this provided example.
  5. In the Vendor Item ID field, enter the letter B followed by the complete S&S Activewear item number, and click Submit.

Searching for 110 is ambiguous because both products use that style number. The Richardson product page shows Item #: 90195, so enter B90195 in the Vendor Item ID field. The Paragon product page shows Item #: 11371, so enter B11371. Each prefixed value returns its corresponding product in eXtendPS-DE.
