Enhancements

• Added View access to the “Units” permission for both the “eXtendPS-SE Server User” and “eXtendPS-SE Admin User” roles. This is required for eXtendPS-SE to work with items using the Multiple Units of Measure feature in NetSuite.
  
• If the SHOW AVAILABLE TO BUILD AS QUANTITY AVAILABLE setting is disabled, the Live Inventory service now ensures that the available quantity of component items is returned when the Advance Bill of Materials feature is enabled in NetSuite.
