Version: eXtendPS-SE all versions
Audience: Administrator, User

To use PromoStandards services in your account, you need to create a NetSuite account for your distributor. To add or remove services from an existing user, edit the existing eXtendPS-SE user record.

Add eXtendPS-SE User

  1. Go to eXtendTech → eXtendPS-SE → eXtendPS-SE Users.
  2. Click the New eXtendPS-SE Users button.
    1. Populate the following fields.
      1. eXtendPS-SE User Name – the user name to be utilized when the distributor calls the API.
      2. eXtendPS-SE Password – the password to be utilized when the distributor calls the API.Image Placeholder
      3. Select the appropriate services to be enabled (Inventory, Order Status, Product Data, etc.) from the eXtendPS-SE Services field. These will be the services you wish for the distributor to be able to access. Users won't be able to call a service for which they do not have access.

      4. Select the appropriate eXtendPS-SE Customer from the dropdown list. This controls what transaction information will be available to the user. For example, if you use the Order Status service, you can only query for orders related to the selected customer. If you use the Purchase Order service, the customer added to the generated sales order by default can be found here.
