Overview

By default, the item constitution is limited to three concurrent users. When this limit is reached, a message similar to the below will be displayed when attempting to constitute items using eXtendSAGE-DE.


It is possible to increase the concurrency limit by making a configuration change and deploying additional script deployments, if your NetSuite environment has allowance for additional concurrency.

Configuration

  1. Go to Customization → Scripting → Scripts and find the eXtendSageDE Item Constitution M/R Map/Reduce script. On the Deployments subtab, confirm that additional script deployments have not already been added. The screenshot below demonstrates item constitution deployments that are deployed by default.

  2. To add additional script deployments, click the Deploy Script button and create additional "Not Scheduled" script deployment(s). Note: Make a note of the ID which you assign to the new script deployment as it will be referenced in later configuration steps.

  3. Go to the eXtendSAGE-DE Setup page at eXtendTech → eXtendSAGE-DE → Setup and specify the additional script deployment ID(s) in the Item Constitution Deployment Ids field and then Submit the change. Note: Separate multiple deployment IDs using commas.

With the configuration changes made, the item constitution concurrency limit will be increased by the number of deployments created.
