In many instances, using the associated color and size in an item's name or ID can make it excessively long. To generate shorter matrix sub-item names, eXtendSanMar allows you to use the matrix option's color/size abbreviation instead of its full name when creating the item ID.

To use this preference, enable the "ABBREVIATE MATRIX LIST IN NAME" checkbox on the eXtendSanMar Setup screen.

After enabling this preference, any SanMar item you create with eXtendSanMar will use the color/size abbreviation when creating the item ID for matrix sub-items.
