Problem
When trying to submit a purchase order to
SanMar using eXtendSanMar, you encounter
the following error:
"Failed to place PO to SanMar,
Purchase Order Id - XXXXX due to - The
host you are trying to connect to has
exceeded the maximum allowed response
time."
Solution
If the SanMar API takes more than 45 seconds
to respond, the API call from NetSuite will
time out. Please retry or consult with SanMar
if the timeouts persist.
