Using eXtendSearch:
After accessing the eXtendSearch URL, you can navigate between the various pages using the Next and Previous buttons. Note: depending on the template chosen by your Administrator the results may have a Load More Data button at the bottom of the page instead of pagination.
To edit fields in the eXtendSearch, click within their cell and make your changes. After you have edited your field, it will be displayed in Yellow. After the change has been submitted to NetSuite, it will turn back to its base color. You can view a video demo of the process here. Note: depending on the template chosen by your Administrator, the changes may be auto-committed to NetSuite, or you may need to click a Submit button in order to submit the changes to NetSuite.
Date-based fields will open a Date Picker.
Select fields will open a Drop-down Select field. Note: there is currently a limit of 200 options within the drop-down.
Hyperlink fields are clickable and will open in a new browser tab. To edit a hyperlink field, click within the empty space in the cell.
Depending on your template, click the Submit button to update your edited records in NetSuite.
