Problem: When web approval links are opened, an error page is shown with the error message "Record Not Found".
This error occurs when the role used for generating access tokens doesn't have required permissions to access the record on which you are using eXtendWebApproval.
Resolution:
To resolve this issue, open the role associated with the access tokens used for eXtendWebApproval. Edit the role and add the transaction type to the permissions list with Edit permission as shown in below.
