Overview
eXtendPS-DE allows you to search for a specific product from a PromoStandards supplier and find the current colors, sizes, and quantities available for it.
You must have a Product ID for the supplier to perform the search. You can view a video demo of the feature here.
Standard Inventory Search
To view inventory for a product:
1. Go to eXtendTech → eXtendPS-DE → Inventory Search.
2. Select the Vendor in the dropdown, enter the Product ID, and click Search.
If you check the Show Location Quantity checkbox, the location-based inventory quantity will be shown.
Note: The “Show Location Quantity” feature will only be available for vendors which offer a Live Inventory service version 2.0.0 or higher. Contact your NetSuite Administrator for more information.
3. The item table will be populated with the corresponding inventory data, with one line per variation of the item. For location quantity item lines, it will be further divided per location based on the FUTURE AVAILABLE QUANTITY ON date.
Inventory Search with Filtered Values
1. To search with filtered values, check the Fetch Filter Values checkbox after specifying the Vendor and Product ID.
2. When clicking the Search button, all the filtered values will be populated as shown in the screenshot below. In Live Inventory service version 1.2.1, only colors and sizes will be available as filter values. Live Inventory service 2.0.0 provides partids as a filter value in addition to colors and sizes.
3. Select the product attributes and click the Search button to fetch inventory details.
Note: The results will show all the possible combinations of your selected attributes. If you have not selected any filter type, then it will be considered as all attributes selected for showing inventory results.
As you can see in the screenshot above, all the product parts with the color “Black” are shown in the results as per the selected color filter.
