Problem

"Not Supported: [mediaType X is invalid.]" error occurs when searching for a Media Content response.

         <errorMessage xmlns="http://www.promostandards.org/WSDL/MediaService/1.0.0/SharedObjects/">
            <code>125</code>
            <description>Not Supported: [mediaType x is invalid.]</description>
         </errorMessage>

Cause

The error is triggered when an invalid mediaType is specified in the Media Content request.

Solution

To resolve this issue:

• Ensure you are using a valid mediaType in your request
  
• Check the PromoStandards.org Media Service documentation for detailed information on supported media types
