Overview
The eXtendPS-SE Media Content service lets you include media details for an item in the PromoStandards API response.
You can add Media Details records to the main NetSuite item. These records can include images, videos, documents, audio files, and related media information.

Prerequisites
Before you add Media Details records, make sure:
- You have access to the NetSuite item record.
- You have permission to create Media Details records.
- You have the media information required by the PromoStandards Media Content standard.
Usage
Use the following steps to add Media Details records to an item.
Open the item record
- Go to the item record where you want to add media details.
- Select the eXtendPS-SE subtab.

Create a Media Details record

Enter the media details
Populate the fields with information about the media. Fields required by the PromoStandards Media Content standard are marked with an asterisk (*).
- URL *: The location URL of the media. Any valid URL can be returned, including prefixes like HTTP and FTP.
- Media Type *: The type of media, such as image, video, document, or audio.
- File Size: The media file size.
- Width: The media width.
- Height: The media height.
- DPI: The media DPI, or dots per inch.
- Color: The color description.
- Description: Information about the media.
- Single Part: Identifies whether the part ID has a one-to-one relationship with the image. Clear this field for group shots.
- Class Type Array: The classification of the media.
- Item: The NetSuite item associated with the media content.

Q: Which media types can I add?
A: You can add media types such as images, videos, documents, and audio files.
Q: Which fields are required?
A: Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required by the PromoStandards Media Content standard.
Q: Why don't I see the eXtendPS-SE subtab?
A: In newer eXtendPS-SE installations, the subtab may be named PromoStandards.
Q: Can I import Media Details records by CSV?
A: Yes. When importing records by CSV, specify the NetSuite item that each Media Details record should be attached to.
