Media Details records can be added to the main item that will be sent over the PromoStandards API response for the Media Content service. To learn how to add a Media Details record, you can watch a video demo by clicking here.

Note: If you're using a custom method to send Media Content details in your PromoStandards response, please contact your NetSuite Administrator for information on how to map the media details.

To add Media Details records to an item:
  1. Go to the item record where media details records are to be added.

  2. Select the eXtendPS-SE subtab. Note: in more recent eXtendPS-SE installations this subtab may be named "PromoStandards"

  3. Select the eXtendPS-SE Media Details subtab if not already selected.

  4. Click the New eXtendPS-SE Media Details button to add media details.

  5. Populate the record's field details with information relating to your product. Fields which are mandatory according to the PromoStandards Media Content Standards are identified with an asterisk (*).
    1. URL *
      The location URL of the media. Any valid URL can be returned, including prefixes like HTTP and FTP.

    2. Media Type *
      Specify the type of media, such as image, video, document, or audio.

    3. File Size
      The media file size.

    4. Width
      Media width.

    5. Height
      Media height.

    6. DPI
      Media DPI (Dots per inch).

    7. Color
      The color description.

    8. Description
      Information about the media.

    9. Single Part
      Identifies whether the partId one to one corresponds with the image. (Uncheck this field for group shots).

    10. Class Type Array
      The classification of the media.

    11. Item
      Specify the NetSuite item against which you wish to add media content. (This field will be auto-populated with the item ID of the main item from step 1 when adding media details records in this manner. When adding these records in a standalone record or via CSV import you can specify the item against which the media details record should be attached.)
