  1. Selecting items to specify charges on the imprint configuration record
    1. Use different items for setup, run, and additional run charges.

    2. Use different charge items depending on the imprint methods to ensure the correct charge price is sent in the P&C response

      Note: Charge prices are sent in response based on the pricing specified on the charge item.

    3. Use an imprint method configuration group (IMC Group) if the imprint configuration and charges are the same for a set of items.

    4. Make sure that your imprint method configuration records have a value for all mandatory fields required by PromoStandards.
