Problem

When the Vendor RFQ webpage is opened, an "Invalid login attempt" error message is shown.

Solution

This is related to the access token for eXtendVendorRFQ no longer being valid in NetSuite. See "Invalid Login Attempt" from an eXtendTech Application or Integration for information on resolving this issue.
