This article explains how to use and how the external RFQ web form works.
By using the public web URL of the RFQ record, a vendor can submit their item information back into your RFQ in NetSuite by completing the web form and clicking on the Submit button.
When combined with eXtendFiles' Public Upload feature, the web form also allows vendors to upload files or images to the RFQ. Below is an example image of the external web form (Public URL).
An example of a file uploaded by the vendor to the RFQ record is shown below. The file upload feature allows for the uploading of multiple files to the RFQ.
Note: The file upload feature will only be available if you are using the eXtendFiles' Public Upload feature.
