alphabroder allows you to specify a preference, per order, on what action to take when stock isn't available for a purchase order. The two preferences are below:

1. “AlphaBroder Is Short Ship” if this option is enabled on your purchase order, alphabroder can partially ship the order if sufficient stock is not available for shipping the entire order.

2. "AlphaBroder Is Split Ship": if this option is enabled on your purchase order, alphabroder can ship from multiple warehouses when the purchase order cannot be fulfilled from a single warehouse.

Note: the fields above can be defaulted to be enabled/checked on every purchase order (depending on your preferences) using native NetSuite workflows or custom form settings.
