Known Errors List
Failed to place order to alphabroder.
525 Order not placed - Short Ship Flag = No Split-fl = No.

This error occurs when alphabroder does not
have sufficient stock for one or more ordered items. You can opt for short
ship/split ship. Note that doing so may delay the delivery or incur extra shipping cost.
Failed to place order to alphabroder.
Customer opted NO split & we have insufficient quantities.
Customer opted NO split & we have insufficient quantities.
This error occurs when alphabroder does not
have sufficient stock for one or more ordered items. You can opt for short
ship.
Failed to place order to alphabroder.
alphabroder ship carrier not found for ship method (XXX).
alphabroder ship carrier not found for ship method (XXX).
Please contact
your NetSuite Administrator and ensure that the shipping method which failed is mapped with an alphabroder ship carrier.
PO Validation failed: PRODUCT: XXX : Invalid color.
In certain cases, a color may be discontinued by alphabroder. Please contact alphabroder support or review the item on alphabroder.com.
Invalid or un-recognized address string format.
Make sure that the address is valid and has attention, street, city and state specified.
If you are using special order purchase orders, have a NetSuite Administrator go to Setup → Company → Company Information and confirm that a shipping address is specified with attention, address1, city and state are specified.
