ASI's ESP currently doesn’t allow you to be logged in to their site and logged in to eXtendASI to use the Item Search at the same time. They have a limitation where only one concurrent login is allowed.
When using eXtendASI, you will want to make sure that you're not logged into ESP when you perform the search. You also want to make sure the “ Keep me logged in checkbox” on the ESP site is NOT enabled. When that is enabled, even if you don't have the website up it will keep trying to log in to ESP which will prevent you from being able to search with eXtendASI since ESP will already see your account as logged in.
If you have recently logged in to the ESP website and if you receive the Credentials are not configured for current user intermittently we recommend resetting the Keep me logged in checkbox (if enabled) by logging in to ESP with the option disabled and then logging back out of ESP and clearing your Browser Cache for all browsers so that ESP no longer detects your browser as being logged in to their website.
You should also verify that no one else is using your ESP account (reset your password if you believe someone may have your credentials) as someone else logging into your account would tie up your ESP login and prevent it from being used.
