Problem: When searching for an item by XID, or when syncing a NetSuite item to ESP you receive the error "Please ensure ASI/ESP Endpoint URL is correct".

Solution: Ensure the XID or ESP external Id is correct. If that does not resolve the issue, have your NetSuite Administrator go to the eXtendTech > eXtendESP > Setup screen and ensure the ASI/ESP Endpoint URL specified is correct.
