Version: eXtendFiles 1.7.0 and above
Audience: NetSuite Administrator, Microsoft 365 Global Administrator
To use Microsoft OneDrive/SharePoint as your storage backend, you need to create a directory within SharePoint that will be attached to eXtendFiles.
Note: The layout and paths may differ depending on the current configuration and enabled views in your SharePoint. General instructions are provided below, but the exact steps will vary based on your SharePoint setup.
1. Navigate to your SharePoint site (usually microsoft365TenantName.sharepoint.com). If you are connecting eXtendFiles with a specific SharePoint site instead of your root SharePoint, instead navigate to the URL of the site (usually microsoft365TenantName.sharepoint.com/sites/siteName).
2. Navigate to the Site
Contents.

3. Select the Documents folder, normally located at microsoft365TenantName.sharepoint.com/Shared%20Documents/Forms/AllItems.aspx for the root SharePoint site, or microsoft365TenantName.sharepoint.com/sites/siteName/Shared%20Documents/Forms/AllItems.aspx for a specific site.

4. Once in the Documents folder, create the
folder to be used with eXtendFiles. The folder name to be used with eXtendFiles should not contain spaces. Use MyFolder or My-Folder instead of My Folder.

5. Continue the rest of the Setup from Configure and Authenticate eXtendFiles for Storage with Microsoft OneDrive/SharePoint.
