Problem
When uploading eXtendFiles in NetSuite, you may receive the error message "Failed to upload file: filename. Session timed out".
Cause
This error can occur if you stay on the eXtendFiles upload page for more than 30 minutes before performing a file upload. After 30 minutes, the upload session will expire or time out, and you will see an error if you try to upload from a timed-out session.

Resolution
To resolve this issue, refresh the page in your web browser to reload the eXtendFiles record, and then perform the file upload. Reloading the eXtendFiles record will initiate a new session that lasts for 30 minutes.
