Problem
When using the eXtendFiles inline upload feature, users may encounter a "No results found" message in the File Type list.
Cause
This issue occurs when the current user is missing permissions to view custom lists in NetSuite. The File Type list requires the user's role to have view access to the "Custom Lists" permission.
Solution
To resolve this issue, a NetSuite Administrator (or a user with role editing permissions) should follow these steps:
- Edit the role experiencing the problem.
- Under the Permissions → Setup sublist, add the "Custom Lists" permission.
- Grant at least "View" access to the "Custom Lists" permission.
- Save the role changes and have the affected user log out and log back in.
