Overview
Removing an eXtendFile Record Reference

Hiding the Remove option
Because Remove is a native NetSuite sublist action, you can hide it by customizing the "eXtendFiles" custom record definition.
- If you want to hide Remove for all users, update the "Show Remove Link" preference on the "eXtendFiles" custom record definition.

- If you want to hide Remove only for certain users, review role permissions and identify which roles need to be adjusted. These users must have View or Create access to the eXtendFiles record to prevent access to the native Remove option.
Important: If you modify the eXtendFiles custom record definition, changes may be reset after an update. After a bundle or SuiteApp update, verify your form settings and re-apply any changes needed to keep Remove hidden.
