When you delete a file uploaded through eXtendFiles directly in your backend storage, the corresponding eXtendFiles record in NetSuite will remain. However, the hyperlinks to the file will become inaccessible as the file no longer exists in the backend storage.
If a thumbnail or preview image was generated for your file and it wasn't deleted, the hyperlink to this image may still function in your eXtendFiles record because it's stored as a separate file.
