Problem

When saving eXtendFloor's settings or populating the eXtendFloor List Fields or eXtendFloor Stage fields, the following error is shown:

"Failed to connect to NetSuite. Please make sure that the tokens are correct in the setting."

Solution

This is related to the access token for eXtendFloor no longer being valid in NetSuite. See "Invalid Login Attempt" from an eXtendTech Application or Integration for information on resolving this issue.
