Introduction

eXtendMobile Users can customize their home screen with the ability to arrange function tiles. By doing so, users can order function tiles in a way that best suits their needs. Please note: This feature is available only for eXtendMobile Users. eXtendMobile Admin users do not have access to this feature. Admin users can instead use function groups and filter based on group. See Working with Function Groups for more information.

Use Case

Function tile reordering can enhance your user experience by allowing you to:

  • Move frequently used tiles to the top for easy access.
  • Group tiles based on record types or actions.
  • Arrange tiles in any manner that best suits your workflow.

How to Arrange Tiles

Here's how to rearrange your function tiles:

  1. Long press the tile that you want to move. The tile will become moveable.
  2. Drag the tile to your desired location.

Important Notes
  1. At this time, your tile arrangement will not be saved after logging out. You will need to rearrange your tiles each time you log in.
  2. The tile arrangement is saved locally on your device. If you log in from a different device, your tile arrangement will not be carried over.
