Question: Why can the ship carrier field not be changed from within the Pre-Fulfillment Modal?
Answer: When changing the ship carrier for an item fulfillment record in NetSuite, the record is reloaded to apply the changes. Therefore, it is not possible to change the ship carrier using SuiteScript due to NetSuite limitations. The ship carrier selected on the sales order will be the value used in the Pre-Fulfillment modal.
