Enhancements

• Added support in the eXtendOrders Configurator to show the Quantity Available for assembly items, based on the "available to build" quantity of its assembly sub-matrix items. See Viewing Buildable Quantity in eXtendOrders When Using Advanced Bills of Materials in NetSuite.
  

Fixes

• Addressed an issue where Setup and Run charge items were sourcing their native NetSuite pricing, even when the price in the eXtendOrders Configurator was set to zero. Now, when the eXtendOrders Configurator price is set to zero, it will override the original item price as expected.
