Issue
You may encounter error messages such as "Failed to schedule the map-reduce as one instance of it is already running" or "deployment is already running and cannot be started until it has completed" after initiating the bulk item constitution process in either eXtendPS-DE or eXtendSanMar.
Cause
These error messages are typically caused by the map/reduce script deployments being currently in use. Due to the limited number of script deployments and a limited number of map/reduce processors within NetSuite, only a certain number of bulk item constitution processes can run simultaneously.
Resolution
If you receive an error message indicating that all the map/reduce script deployments are currently in use, it is recommended to wait until one of the previous script executions is complete before initiating a new request. This will ensure that there are enough resources available for the bulk item constitution process to run smoothly.
