When adding or updating the eXtendPS-DE Vendor Secret / Password field on a vendor record in NetSuite, the password changes after saving. This happens because the password is automatically encrypted upon saving for security purposes.

The eXtendPS-DE Vendor Secret (or Password) field is used to store credentials for PromoStandards integration. The value is encrypted on save and cannot be viewed in plain text afterward.
