Overview

eXtendPS-DE allows you to connect with PromoStandards vendors using credentials they provide. These credentials (user ID and password) enable access to their published PromoStandards services. Sometimes these credentials need to be updated, and this article explains how to do that within NetSuite.

Prerequisites

  • Access to NetSuite with permissions to edit vendor records
  • Updated PromoStandards credentials from your vendor

Configuration

Follow these steps to update your vendor's PromoStandards credentials in NetSuite:
  1. Navigate to the specific vendor record in NetSuite that has provided you with PromoStandards credentials.
  2. Find the Login (provided user ID or username by your vendor) and Password (provided password by your vendor) under the PromoStandards subtab. Please note, depending on your form's configuration, the subtab might be labeled as "eXtendPS-DE" and the Login and Password fields might be referred to as "Vendor ID" and "Vendor Secret".

  3. Edit the vendor record and update the PromoStandards credentials in the relevant fields.
  4. Save your changes.
