    This role has access to edit and save all of the eXtendPS-SE setup screens:

    2. Inventory Setup
    3. Order Status Setup
    4. Order Shipment Setup
    5. Product Data Setup
    6. Product Media Setup
    7. Pricing & Configuration Setup
    8. Invoice Setup
    9. Purchase Order Setup
  2. eXtendPS-SE User record
    This role has access to create and edit eXtendPS-SE user records.

  3. eXtendPS-SE Endpoint URLs
    This role has access to view the eXtendPS-SE SOAP Services URL page.

  4. NetSuite native record access
    1. Customer: View permission
    2. Item: View permission
    3. Purchase Order: View permission
    4. Sales Order: Edit permission
    5. Invoice: View permission
    6. Item Fulfillment: View permission
The dashboard for this role will include the information below:

  • Shortcuts to all setup screens.

  • Shortcut to the SOAP Services URL Page.

  • eXtendPS-SE Users List.

  • PO Service Integration Logs (Success/Failure).

  • Sales Orders created from the Purchase Order integration.
