Problem

When attempting to use the item search, inventory search, or order status search, you receive an error message similar to: Incorrect AcctID, LoginID or Auth Key. Please check your credentials.

Solution

To resolve this issue, the user experiencing the issue needs to have their employee record updated in NetSuite to reflect their latest SAGE account information. See eXtendSAGE-DE User Setup for details.
