Overview
eXtendSanMar enables you to update the purchase price automatically on SanMar items constituted using eXtendSanMar.
Configuration
Follow these steps to configure the bulk purchase price update feature:
Saved Search Creation
Create a saved search against the item record type to filter all SanMar items you want to include in the purchase price update.
Setup Configuration
Once you have created the saved search, specify its internal ID in the Purchase Price Bulk Update section's saved search ID field. You can find this field under the Additional Settings subtab on the SanMar setup screen:
Map/Reduce Script Deployment
After configuring the eXtendSanMar Setup page, create a scheduled deployment for the eXtendTech SanMar Purchase Price M/R script according to your requirements. This script will update the purchase prices of SanMar items on a scheduled basis.
Once all these steps are completed, your bulk pricing update configuration for SanMar items will become active and will execute according to the schedule you defined.
