eXtendSanMar enables you to update the purchase price automatically on scheduled basis on SanMar items constituted using the bundle or legacy items that has been successfully linked.

In order to configure this feature you will need to follow below steps:
  1. Saved search creation - You will need to create a saved search on item record for filtering all the SanMar items which you want to consider for their purchase price update.
  2. Setup Configuration - Once the saved search is in place then you will need to specify the internal ID of the created saved search under Purchase Price Bulk Update section's saved search ID field. You can find this field under Additional Settings subtab on SanMar setup screen as shown below:

  3. M/R Script Deployment - Once the setup is configured you will need to create a scheduled deployment as per your requirement of the eXtendTech SanMar Purchase Price M/R which will update the purchase prices of the SanMar items on scheduled basis.

  4. Once all the above steps are completed, you bulk pricing update of SanMar item configuration will become active and it will be executed as per the scheduled deployment created by you in #4.
