By default, we always allow Short Shipments for Purchase Orders placed to SanMar.
You may want to configure this preference to either selectively allow configuring placing Short Ship Purchase Orders to SanMar on certain Purchase Orders, or prefer not to place the Purchase Order to SanMar if sufficient stock for one or more of your line items are not available with SanMar.
To do this you would:
1. Configure the field id on the eXtendSanmar Setup Screen (Note: you may use the bundle field with id: custbody_extend_sanmar_is_short_ship or use your existing field):
2. Optionally, on Purchase Order you may set this field as true to bypass the inventory check or let it be false.
