To perform the Search and Constitution function, follow the steps below: 

1. Navigate to eXtendTech → AlphaBroder → Item Search.
   
2. Enter the item filters in the fields in the Search Section (such as Style number) and click the the Submit button.  You will receive results related to your search. 
   
3. The Basic Product Information section and the detail table will populate with the corresponding product data. 
   
4. You can now constitute the items in following ways -
   
1. Constituting specific size and color combinations - Select the colors and sizes of the item which you want to constitute shown under fields color and size.
   
2. Constituting all sizes of a specific color or vice-versa - Select the color whose all available sizes you want to constitute. You can select multiple colors at once based on your requirement. This method is applicable if you want to constitute all colors of a specific size.
   
3. Constituting all color-size combinations - Check the select checkbox and leave the color and size select fields empty.
   
5. Once you have selected the colors-sizes as per your requirement using any of the above mentioned methods click the Submit button to create items within your company NetSuite account so you can use them on Sales Orders and / or Purchase Orders. 
   
6. You may require to select category before submitting the items for constitution. If the category field is marked as mandatory by your administrator on eXtendSanMar setup then you will get and error regarding it on clicking submit button.
   
7. If the items selected for constitution is less than five in number, then the items will be constituted real-time. If you have more than five items they will be queued for constitution. Upon completion of item constitution, the current status of request will change to Complete and the current user will receive an email with the constituted item details.  Any error during constitution will be displayed under error the column.

8. You can go to the item detail page by clicking on the item SKU. You can search for item details of other item variants by specifying distinct size and color and clicking on the search button. 
   
9. You can also constitute an item from the item constitution section by specifying category, color(s) and size(s) or you can use any the item color-size selection methods mentioned in #4.
   
10. You can view inventory and pricing details from the Part Inventory subtab.  To get pricing you will click the Get Pricing link of the item part you want to view pricing detail.  You can filter part items by selecting color and size of the item. 
    

After SanMar item constitution, you will find a Refresh from SanMar button on item records.  In the case of matrix items, you will find this button on child records.  By clicking on this button your item's attributes will be refreshed from SanMar. Any changes in SanMar items will be reflected on your constituted SanMar item after refresh. 

Note: If the “REFRESH ITEM NAME OF EXISTING ITEM” checkbox is checked on eXtendSanMar setup then only the item name will be updated. And if “REFRESH SALES PRICE ON EXISTING ITEM” checkbox is checked on eXtendSanMar setup then only the sales price will be updated. Contact your NetSuite Administrator to determine how your account is configured. 

eXtendSanMar allows you to update your constituted SanMar items’ pricing information from SanMar.  

You will find a Refresh SanMar Pricing button on your item records.  In the case of matrix items, you will find this button on child records.  By clicking on this button, your item's pricing will be refreshed from SanMar and no other attribute of your item record will update.  Any changes in SanMar item pricing will reflect on your constituted SanMar item pricing after refresh. 

Note: If the “REFRESH SALES PRICE ON EXISTING ITEM” checkbox is checked on the eXtendSanMar setup page, then only the sales price will be updated. Contact your NetSuite Administrator for more information. 

On a constituted item record, you will find links for its latest inventory, pricing, and item details (from SanMar) under the eXtendSanMar subtab.
