Problem

"Not Supported: [ClassType X is invalid.]" error occurs when searching for a Media Content response.

Cause

The error is triggered when an invalid classType is specified in the Media Content request.

Solution

To resolve this issue:

• Ensure you are using a valid classType in your request
  
• Check the PromoStandards.org Media Service documentation for detailed information on supported class types
