Overview
eXtendPS-DE has the ability to search for a specific Purchase Order # or Vendor Sales Order # to retrieve detailed information about the Order Status and Order Shipment Notification. This can be done using the Order Search feature.
To use the Order Search, you need to have a Reference Number for the Vendor. This Reference Number can be either your Purchase Order # or the Vendor's Sales Order #.
Performing an Order Search
1. Go to eXtendTech → eXtendPS-DE → Order
Search.
2. Populate the following fields:
a. Select the appropriate vendor in the Vendor dropdown.
b. If searching by your company Purchase
Order #, select Purchase Order from
the Order Type dropdown and enter
your company Purchase Order # in the Reference
Number field.
c. If searching by the Vendor
Sales Order #, select Sales Order from the Order Type dropdown and
enter the Vendor Sales Order # in the Reference
Number field.
Note: You can also directly enter
your Purchase Order # in Reference Number field and the
corresponding Vendor and Order Type will be auto populated (if the order
exists in your NetSuite account).
d. If searching for all open orders, select All Open form the Order Type dropdown. Note: If you use
this option, you will not get any results for the Order Shipment Notification search as PromoStandards
does not support “All Open” for the Order Shipment Notification service at this time.
3. Click the Search button.
4. The results will populate, including the current Order Status, the Expected Ship Date, and the Expected Delivery Date if that data is
available from the Vendor.
Note: Data will be populated depending on the availability of the PromoStandards Order Status and Order Shipment Notification information from the Vendor. Examples below.

Order Status and Order Shipment Notification updates can also be scheduled by your NetSuite Administrator to allow for automatic updates on a predefined schedule:
