Why is the eXtendReceive Button Allowing Creation of Multiple Item Receipts?

Version: eXtendPS-DE 1.2.6 and above

Audience: User

Problem:

For a Special Order Purchase Order, multiple Item Receipt records are able to be created upon clicking the eXtendReceive button multiple times.

Solution:

The "Received" transaction column field must be shown on your Sales Order / Purchase Order Form for eXtendPS-DE to know what has been received and what quantities are still pending receipt.
