If you have multiple Sales Order records in your NetSuite with the same customer Purchase Order number assigned, the generated Order Status response will show the Order Status details of each Sales Order related to the queried Purchase Order number by your distributor.

Example:
SO6069371925 has a Purchase Order number of "test" assigned.
SO6069371926 also has a Purchase Order number of "test" assigned.

The Order Status response lists both Sales Orders and their related information since they both have the same Purchase Order number associated with them.
