Overview
eXtendSAGE-DE allows you to perform order status searches for orders in SAGE directly from your NetSuite account. In this article, we will explore the different ways to view a SAGE order's order status details using eXtendSAGE-DE.
Transactional Order Search
There are two ways to view a purchase order's SAGE order status on demand:
- Using the "Update SAGE Order Status" button to update the SAGE ORDER STATUS field on the Purchase Order.
- Using the "View Order Status Details" link on the purchase order.
Update SAGE Order Status button
- Go to a purchase order for a SAGE-connected supplier.
- Click the "Update SAGE Order Status" button.
- The SAGE ORDER STATUS field on the eXtendSAGE-DE subtab will be updated to the order's current status in SAGE.
View Order Status Details link
- Go to a purchase order for a SAGE-connected supplier.
- Click the "View Order Status Details" link on the eXtendSAGE-DE subtab.
- A new tab will open and show the current order status in SAGE.
Order Status Search Page
- Go to eXtendTech → eXtendSAGE-DE → Order Status Search.
- NetSuite vendors with a SAGE SUPPLIER ID configured will appear in the NetSuite Vendor drop down.
- Optionally, enter a particular SAGE Order # to see the status for a particular order.
- Click Submit to perform the search.
Scheduled Order Status Update
Order status updates from SAGE can be processed automatically on a schedule when configured by your NetSuite Administrator. See Configure Scheduled Order Status Updates in eXtendSAGE-DE for configuration steps.
