Fixes

• Approval URL Expiration Time — Fixed an issue where the seconds value didn’t calculate or save correctly in Approval URL Expiration Time. All time fields now update properly in both eXtendFiles Configuration and eXtendFiles Setup.
  
• Box — Fixed an issue that could cause Box file uploads to fail with a “BoxSdk is not a constructor” error.

  • Auto Generate URLs — Fixed an error that occurred when saving Auto Generate URLs with all rows removed.
    
  • Configuration errors — The eXtendFiles Configuration page now shows clearer, more helpful error messages when settings can’t be fetched or saved.
    
  • Custom transactions and events — Fixed an issue where custom transactions and events could not be selected and needed to be manually defined. These record types now populate correctly for Public Uploads, Inline Uploads, and Inline View.

  • Non-ASCII file names — Fixed an issue where preview and thumbnail generation could fail for .msg files when the file name included non-ASCII characters.
    
  • Record collisions — Reduced record-collision errors during thumbnail and preview processing by preventing back-to-back conversion updates from colliding when requests are processed too quickly.
    
• Inline Link View — Fixed an issue where inline link view could fail if a configured field ID contained a leading tab or other hidden whitespace. Field IDs are now automatically sanitized when you save your configuration.

  • Checkbox fields — Fixed an issue where checkbox-type custom fields weren’t rendering correctly in the inline record uploader.

  • Copied records — When you use NetSuite’s Make Copy on a record, eXtendFiles now clears Public Upload, Approval, and file reference fields on the new record so values can be generated instead of carrying over the copied record’s values.
    
  • Disabled links — Added workflow actions that clear UUID fields when Public Upload or eXtendFiles Approvals is turned off for a record, preventing previously sent links from remaining accessible after the feature is disabled.
    
  • Inline edit URL generation — Fixed an issue where enabling a public upload link through inline edit could fail to generate the public upload URL.
    
  • Sales Orders created from Opportunities — Fixed an issue that caused public file uploads to fail when a Sales Order was created from an Opportunity and the Opportunity field was later cleared.

  • Default sharing option — Fixed an issue where migrating from an old OneDrive configuration could select the wrong default sharing option.
    
  • Site and folder names — Fixed an issue where authentication could fail when a SharePoint site or folder name contained spaces.
    
• Script Execution Logs — Reduced noisy Audit-level execution logs, including Multi-Approval “not configured” messages, by moving them to Debug so they don’t clutter logs.
  
• Uploader error messaging — Updated the eXtendFiles uploader to show more accurate error messaging when the client script fails to load.
  
• Zero-byte files — Blocked zero-byte files from upload by validating file size locally and showing a clear error message before an upload request is sent.
