Overview

The file picker's hover columns allow you to show metadata from your eXtendFiles record within the File Picker.

Configuration

1. Go to eXtendTech → eXtendFiles → eXtendFiles.

2. On the eXtendFiles Setup page, open the File Picker → File Picker Hover Columns Configuration section.



3. Using the sublist, add the fields you would like to show on the File picker thumbnail along with the field label you would like to be displayed to the user.



4. Click Save.
