After the eXtendFiles bundle has been shared with your company, the installation sequence below will need to be performed by a user with Administrator access in NetSuite to enable the bundle use.
- Install the eXtendFiles bundle within your NetSuite account.Go to Customization → SuiteBundler → Search & Install Bundles.Search for either the bundle name eXtendFiles or for the bundle ID 132272.
Click the entry in the list and click Install to start the bundle installation process.

The minimum permissions required for configuring eXtendFiles are associated with the eXtendFiles bundle role eXtendFiles Configuration Role[BUNDLE]. Additional permissions will be needed if configuring eXtendFiles on any additional record types for which permission is not already granted to this role.
