Problem
When processing a CSV import of prefulfillment records for eXtendMultiFulfillment, you receive an error similar to:
Over-Fulfillment is not allowed (Item ABC: Quantity Available is 0 And Quantity Specified is 1)
Cause
The item quantity on the sales order doesn’t match the item quantity in your prefulfillment CSV import file. This is most common when the CSV is trying to assign more quantity than the sales order has defined for that item.
Solution
- In NetSuite, open the sales order referenced in your import.
- Confirm the quantity on the sales order for the item shown in the error.
- Compare it to the quantity for the same item in your CSV import file.
- Update the sales order or your CSV so the quantities match.
- Re-run the prefulfillment import.
